Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. dark Karo syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; fill a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake about 30 minutes longer.
    Filling will appear softer in center.
