Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 onion, chopped
    2 c. celery
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes, cubed
    1 gal. chicken stock
    1 qt. milk
    3/4 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and potatoes in chicken stock until tender. Make roux with butter and flour.
    Add the milk to the vegetables and then the roux!
    Keep warm on low heat or in crock-pot.
