Easy Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stir-fry
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, slivered
    1 large pepper, slivered
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 jars beef/mushroom gravy
    3 to 4 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef and a little garlic powder in olive oil until done.
    Pour in jars of gravy and mix well.
    Put in peppers, onions and chestnuts and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes until veggies are soft.
    Serve over rice.
