Glazed Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened *
    5 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    *Optional to sweeten cream cheese with a little sugar.
