Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco (1/2 stick)
1 1/4 c. brown sugar (Sugar Twin brown sugar)
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg white
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Combine sugar, peanut butter, Crisco, milk and vanilla.
Add egg and beat until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix flour mixture to peanut butter mixture.
Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly and crisscross with tines of fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
