Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 lb. can apricot halves
    1 lb. can pineapple chunks or 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
    1 lb. can peach slices
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 small carton strawberries, frozen
    3 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Drain cans of fruit, except pineapple juice and save pineapple juice.
    Put fruit together in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle pudding over it.
    Then put partially thawed strawberries on top. Let set overnight.
    When ready to serve, pour reserved pineapple juice over bananas.
    Drain and put in salad.
    Mix and serve.
    Will keep for 2 or 3 days.
