Easy Oven Ratatouille - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
basil to taste
chopped garlic (optional)
4 slices cheese (any kind but Swiss)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put all ingredients except cheese in a medium Pyrex dish.
Cover.
Place in oven for 30 minutes.
Put cheese on top.
You can also slip a big piece of white fish underneath now for a complete meal.
Return to oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
