Sausage Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. thin spaghetti
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.
Pour off fat. Add ingredients above.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
While sauce cooks, cook spaghetti as directed on package.
Spoon half of the spaghetti in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with half of the sauce; add rest of the spaghetti and the rest of the sauce.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut in squares and lift out with spatula.
