Reuben-Style Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pita bread rounds
Thousand Island salad dressing
2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. very thinly sliced corned beef
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 lettuce leaves
8 dill or sweet pickle slices
Preparation

Use the scissors to cut each pita in half crosswise (so you have 4 half circles).
Spread the inside of pita pockets with salad dressing.
Put in the corned beef along with cheese slices. Add lettuce leaves and pickle slices to each pocket.
Makes 4.
