Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. browned sausage
6 slices of bread (trim off edges and cut into quarters)
6 well beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Spray dish with Pam.
Spread bread on bottom of dish; mix milk, eggs, salt, and pepper together, then pour over bread.
Spread sausage over this evenly.
Garnish with Cheddar cheese.
Leave in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Use 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
