Light Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. low-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. low-fat cream cheese
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a nonstick skillet and add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
    Add flour, then gradually add the milk.
    Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in cream cheese and cook for 2 minutes more.
    Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Serve over cooked hot fettucine tossed well or serve separately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
