Mixed Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. beer
    French bread cubes
    fresh vegetables
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and flour.
    Microwave beer in 1 1/2-quart bowl, uncovered, on Full power until it bubbles, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in cheese mixture.
    Microwave, uncovered, on Half power, stirring every 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is blended, about 5 minutes.
    Serve with French bread cubes and fresh vegetables as dippers.
    Yields 2 cups.
