Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar (for waffles)
1/2 c. sourdough starter
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Slightly beat egg; add milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately.
Add sourdough starter.
Stir until smooth.
Add melted butter and more milk, if you like them thin.
