Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Put in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cover with frozen onion rings.
(Can use Durkee French fried onions.)
Return to oven.
Bake 15 minutes longer, until onion rings are slightly brown.
