Bob'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any day old bread (from the deli or crusty French or Italian bread)
    1 c. extra virgin olive oil
    3 large cloves garlic
Preparation
    Peel, slice garlic lengthwise and place in olive oil overnight. Six hours before dinner, cut bread into cubes of 1/2 to 3/4-inch. You should have at least 4 cups or more.
    Place bread on a cookie sheet and dribble with half of the olive oil mixture until all cubes are coated (the rest of the olive oil will be used on the salad).
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    After this they should be golden brown.
    If not, turn oven to 275\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
