Smoked Bone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked pork bones, smoked turkey bones or smoked beef bones
    2 qt. water
    2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 medium onion
    1 carrot
    1 celery rib
    parsley
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Boil first 8 ingredients for one hour.
    Remove bones from soup.
    Remove meat from bones and put back into soup.
    Add rice to soup and cook for 20 minutes.
