Lo-Cal Smothered Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef round steak, cut 2-inches thick and trimmed of all fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 minced garlic clove
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
Preparation
    Brown steak under broiler.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak.
    Roast, uncovered, in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Cut meat diagonally.
    Serve with pan juices.
    Makes 12 servings with 252 calories per serving.
