Lemon Pie(Blender Lemon Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium lemon
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
10 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 (9 inch) deep-dish pie crust, unbaked
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Wash lemon.
Leaving peel on, cut into small dice.
Remove seeds and discard.
Place in blender container.
Add eggs, sugar and margarine or butter.
Process well on high speed.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and place pie on baking sheet. Bake
40 - 45 minutes, or until set.
Remove from oven and cool on rack.
