French Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt, garlic or celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 Tbsp. corn or sunflower oil
2 Tbsp. chopped herbs (optional)
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a screw-top jar and shake well. Store in the refrigerator.
