Beef Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3 pkg. Williams chili seasoning mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 qt. stewed diced tomatoes
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    In large soup pot, crumble meat in 2-quarts water and cook until meat is done. Add all other ingredients and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes. More water or tomatoes may be added if desired.
