Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
10 to 12 stalks rhubarb
5 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix together first 3 ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut rhubarb into small pieces and scatter over crust.
Mix egg yolks, sugar, half and half, flour, salt and vanilla and pour over rhubarb.
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
