Sweet And Sour Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can tiny green peas, drained
    1 can white or yellow corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    green and red bell peppers, carrots or pimento (for color)
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, sugar, water, oil and salt to a boil.
    Cool and pour over drained and chopped vegetables.
    Chill overnight in covered bowl.
    Stir several times before serving.
