Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers, with peel
    1 onion, sliced (separate rings)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 or 3 c. sugar to taste
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Put the first three ingredients in large covered bowl such as Tupperware. Refrigerate for 3 hours or more. Drain. Heat the sugar and vinegar until dissolved well. Pour over drained pickles. Put in 1 pt. containers and freeze. Makes 6 pints. Will keep well in freezer for up to 3 years.
