Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar (loose packed)
2 eggs, beaten
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. almond extract
2 to 2 1/2 c. quick oats
1 bag Heath bar crunches
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix softened butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs; mix.
Sift flour, pudding and soda and add to butter and sugar mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Add almond extract, oats and Heath bar crunches.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on nonstick cookie sheet.
Remove before just quite done.
Let set on cookie sheet to cool slightly. Makes a bunch of yummy cookies!
