Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In bottom
    of 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter, brown sugar and rhubarb.
    In
    bowl,
    cream
    Crisco,
    1
    cup sugar and egg. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add milk and vanilla. Mix well together and pour over rhubarb mixture in pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0
    oven for
    40
    to
    45 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly, then invert on serving dish.
