All American Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. elbow macaroni (4 oz.), cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. frankfurters, sliced thin
    1/4 c. cubed processed American cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green onion (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together the first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
    Cover; chill at least 2 hours.
    Makes 4 cups.
