Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 eggs
4 Tbsp. oil (2 in batter, 2 in skillet)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Heat iron skillet with 2 tablespoons oil in it.
Pour batter into skillet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Can be baked in muffin tins or cake pan.
