Ingredients

1 pkg. whole baby carrots (frozen)
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Cook whole baby carrots, using microwave or stove top directions.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until preserves melt. Stir in carrots and cook until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with apricot halves.
