Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 large eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sweet bell pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground red pepper
2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except butter and 1 cup bread crumbs. Mix well.
Roll individual patties in remaining bread crumbs and fry in butter until brown.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
