Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 c. chopped black walnuts
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg until fluffy.
Combine with the remaining ingredients.
Roll dough into 1/2 to 1-inch balls and press flat.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes on parchment lined cookie sheets.
