Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 large boxes vanilla instant pudding
    2 large cans drained, crushed pineapple
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    2 extra large cartons Cool Whip
    maraschino cherries
    crushed pecans
Preparation
    Bake 2 layers of cake.
    Crumble 1 into bottom of punch bowl. Use 1 box of pudding which has been mixed according to directions. Layer 1 can drained pineapple.
    Add pie filling, then Cool Whip. Repeat with other ingredients.
    Top with cherries and nuts. Should be made the day to be served.
    Store in refrigerator.
