Coconut Pie - No Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Put in blender on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Put coconut on top after setting.
