Drunken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 jar mushrooms
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in large baking pot or casserole. Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Serve over rice (cooked).
    Do not brown meat.
