Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Cup shortening
    1 Cup sugar
    1 Cup molasses
    1 Cup buttermilk
    5 to 6 Cups flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and molasses.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out and cut into desired shapes.
    Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
