Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 9 potatoes, boiled
8 eggs, hard-cooked
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. French dressing
2 to 3 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
7 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rub inside of bowl with garlic clove.
Combine cut up potatoes, celery, onion, French dressing, mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, some of the bacon and salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top and serve.
