Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 yellow squash
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 stick oleo
    1 large onion
    bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and seasonings in bacon drippings and small amount of water until tender.
    Drain well; add egg, oleo and cream cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour in buttered casserole; top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
