Date Nut Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. dates
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cook until ropes and add dates and nuts.
Beat until it begins to harden.
Roll in damp cloth and store in icebox.
