Potatoes Nancy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced dry onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes only until firm; drain and cube.
Combine sour cream, milk and onion.
Place half the potatoes in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with 1/2 the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers.
Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs.
Toss and sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
