Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend butter
and
1
cup sugar;
beat in eggs one at a time. Add extract.
Mix dry ingredients together;
add to egg mixture alternately
with
milk.
Blend
just
enough to mix. Fold in lemon peel and nuts.
Turn into greased loaf pan.
