Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried apricots
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. apricot nectar
    1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Chop apricots and soak 30 minutes in water; drain.
    Stir in sugar, butter and juices.
    Sift flour, baking powder and soda together; add nuts, stirring to coat.
    Combine all ingredients, stirring only to mix well.
    Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Grease and flour a loaf pan; bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 1 loaf.
