Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1 c. Velveeta cheese pieces
Preparation
    Boil sliced carrots and onions in water until tender.
    Melt oleo and add Velveeta cheese (cut in pieces).
    Mix well while melting.
    Add drained veggies and mix.
    Put in a greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
