Glorified Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    16 marshmallows
    9 oz. can crushed pineapple (1 c.)
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Turn the warm drained rice into a 3-quart bowl.
    Cut marshmallows into eighths.
    Use a fork to toss rice and marshmallows.
    Whip the cream, then add sugar.
    Turn cream over rice.
    Add pineapple and fold.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    When ready to serve, top with cherries.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
