Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped (optional)
    1 glove garlic, minced (optional)
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine stuffing, cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken parts into melted butter. Roll in stuffing mixture. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Do not crowd.
    Sprinkle with remaining butter and stuffing mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
