Zucchini Beef Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini, chunked
1 lb. beef
onion
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook zucchini until
tender.
Brown meat and onion.
Stir in 1/2 cup bread crumbs
and
seasoning.
In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and 1/2 teaspoon
salt; add milk.
Cook until bubbly. Add cheese until melted.
Stir in meat.
Alternate meat and zucchini.
Combine remaining bread and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
