Rice Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens or Jimmy Dean pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    chopped pimento or jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Fry pork sausage; drain off excess fat, leaving enough to saute pepper and onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Add cooked rice and other seasonings.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Very tasty.
