Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple, undrained
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. mild cheddar cheese
12 oz. or 1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix flour and sugar with pineapple.
Add cheese and put in a baking dish.
Crush crackers and add melted margarine.
Place on top of pineapple and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
