Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. frozen diced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 poached eggs (optional)
Preparation
    Cut meat into slices and separate.
    Heat cooking oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Carefully add potatoes; cover and cook, stirring now and then, until slightly brown.
    Then stir in meat; continue cooking until thoroughly heated.
    Salt and pepper to taste!
    Makes 4 servings.
