Touch Of Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 c. Quaker oat bran hot cereal (uncooked)
    1 pkg. quick rise yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine 1 cup flour, oat bran, yeast and salt.
    Heat water, honey and margarine until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to dry ingredients; beat at low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.
    Lightly spray bowl with nonstick spray.
    Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 8 to 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
    Place into prepared bowl, turning once to coat surface of dough.
    Cover; let rise in warm place 30 minutes or until doubled.
