Mock Lasagna(Sour Cream Noodle Bake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 oz. egg noodles
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Brown beef, onion and seasonings in butter and add tomato sauce and cover.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream.
Cook and drain noodles.
Place in baking dish in alternate layers of noodles, cheese and sauce.
Top with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
