Margo'S Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 green bell peppers
    1 Tbsp. Crisco shortening or Crisco oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. diced celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. ground beef round
    1 c. cooked long grain rice (without salt or fat)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained and chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
    Cook in boiling water 5 minutes.
    Drain upside-down.
